12-14 tortillas 1 can black beans 4 garlic cloves 1 chipotle in adobo sauce, optional 1 tsp each: cumin, chili powder ½ tsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder ¼ tsp cayenne powder ½ cup shredded vegan cheese Shredded lettuce Pico de Gallo Guacamole Fresh lime wedges for serving
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the drained & rinsed black beans, garlic cloves, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a food processor & blend until smooth. Spread the black beans on half the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese & fold over. Spray with oil on both sides. Air fry at 400F for 8-10 mins, flipping half way. Serve with shredded lettuce, pico de Gallo, fresh lime & guacamole!
