INGREDIENTS:

Bread of choice

1 can of full fat coconut milk

1 tbs ground flax seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbs maple syrup

Toppings of choice

INSTRUCTIONS: To a large bowl add coconut milk, cinnamon, flax seeds, and maple syrup. Whisk until combined and set aside for 5-10 mins. Then dip your bread on both sides in the batter and cook until golden. Serve with toppings and enjoy.
