INGREDIENTS (makes 12 cups)
10 oz of dark chocolate
12 tsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
(1 tbs coconut oil if melting chocolate in the microwave)

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt down the chocolate using the double boiler method or in the microwave (**if you use the microwave method add in 1tbs coconut oil to prevent burning**). Line a muffin tin with baking cups and fill each to just coat the bottom. Freeze for 45mins to 1 hour. Once solidified, fill each cup with nut butter and pour remaining chocolate to cover the top. Freeze for another 45 mins to 1 hour. Once solidified, enjoy!
