INGREDIENTS:
1 & 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
To a large mixing bowl, add the flour and salt. Make a well in the middle of the flour and add the water and oil. Whisk lightly until slurry forms and slowly incorporate the rest of the flour as the dough forms. Once a shaggy dough is formed, turn out on to a work surface and knead until dough becomes smooth. Form a ball and cover with a damp towel for 15 mins. After the 15 min rest, roll out dough to your desired thickness/thinness then roll into a log. Cut you pasta shape, unravel and set noodles aside until ready to cook. To a lot of boiling, salted water add the pasta and cook for 1-2 mins max. Strain and serve with sauce and toppings of choice.
