2 cups chickpeas
2 tbs coconut oil
2 ½ cups @pacificfoods Cashew Milk
1 ½ tsp each: Turmeric, Curry Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin, Salt, Black Pepper, Allspice
2tbs chopped chipotle peppers
½ bunch chopped scallion
½ chopped red bell pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop your aromatics then melt coconut oil in pan. Add in your spices and stir to make a paste before adding the chickpeas and deglazing with plant milk. Let it all simmer for about 10 mins, assemble your bowl with veggies of choice and enjoy.
