1/3 cup chia seeds

1/3 cup hemp seeds

1/3 cup chopped strawberry

3 chopped dates

¼ cup chopped dry mango

2-3 cups plant milk (enough to cover mix fully)


Add all ingredients to a seal-able container or bowl.  Pour over plant milk to cover mix fully, it should be very runny at this stage. Stir to combine. Cover and place in fridge to thicken, at least 1 hour. Remove from fridge and serve with fruit of choice, granola, plant-based yogurt, etc.
