3 Cups of Soaked (Uncooked) Chickpeas

1/2 White Onion

1/2 Large Bunch each of Cilantro and Parsley

3-4 Garlic Cloves

1 Tablespoon each: Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Coriander

1/2-3/4 Cup Chickpea Flour


Add all ingredients except chickpea flour into the food processor. Blend to roughly combine, add in chickpeas lit and blend again until well combined and fine or transfer to mixing bowl and fold together. Form mix into golf ball sized portions, add to the pan, smash with spatula and parchment paper add your vegan cheese of choice and assemble with preferred burger toppings
