1 small head of cabbage
4 tbs avocado oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp lemon juice
Pickled peppers + Chili oil to garnish


Cut cabbage into large wedges. Steam until fork tender or boil and pat dry. Meanwhile make the marinade, mix and set aside. Grill off the cabbage until shared all around while brushing with the marinade on all sides. Plate up, serve with pickled peppers and chili oil and enjoy.
