1 ¼ cup warm water

2 tsp yeast

½ tbs sugar

3 ½ cup flour

Pinch of salt


To a small bowl add water, yeast and sugar. Mix to combine and set aside until foam forms on top (10 mins max). Once yeast is activated, add in flour and salt and mix to until dough forms. Once dough is formed knead on work surface until smooth. Lightly oil a bowl, cover with a damp towel and set aside to proof for one hour. Once proofed, turn out on to floured work surface and cut into 6 equal pieces. Pinch bottom of each piece to make small balls and roll around to make the top taut. Place on a lightly floured baking tray, cover with a damp towel and let proof for 10 mins.  Bring water to boil in a medium pot. Once proofed, pinch holes in each ball and boil for 1 min on each side. Once boiled, add back to baking tray brush with melted vegan butter and sprinkle with Everything seasoning. Bake at 425 F for 20 mins. Serve and enjoy.
