INGREDIENTS:

DRY:

4 cups oats

1 cup cashews

1/2 cup coconut

1/2 cup cranberry

1/2 cup mango

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup hemps

WET:

1/2 cup crunchy almond butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix to combine. Then in small saucepan over medium heat, melt and combine wet ingredients. Pour melted mixture into dry ingredients and stir until combined. Lay out mixture on a parchment paper lined baking pan and bake for 20 mins, stirring halfway through for even cooking. Once baked, serve and enjoy.

NOTE: *Wet ingredient measurements can be increased for a thicker, denser granola and vice versa*
