1 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
Juice of one lemon
1/4 cup tahini
2-3 cloves of garlic
3 tbs olive oil or avocado oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
2 tbs water
Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to serve
Dash of paprika to serve


Load all ingredients expect oil and water into a food processor or blender and blend until roughly combined. Stream in oil first until smooth and homogeneous. Only add water if you want it looser than original consistency. Transfer to sealed container. Optionally drizzle extra virgin olive oil and dash of paprika to serve.
