INGREDIENTS:

Jelly:
2 cups fruit of choice
2/3 cup cane sugar
Juice of half a lemon

Peanut butter:
2 cups peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS:

Jelly:
Toss together your fruit and sugar (you can begin cooking right away and be just fine but the longer you let the berries sit in the sugar, the more the sugars/juices are released and make for a richer end product). Add to your pot along with the lemon juice, bring up to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 15-20 mins or until a spoon leaves a trail when dragged across the bottom of the pan.
Remove from heat and let cool.

Peanut Butter:
Add your peanuts to a food processor or blender. Blend on high speed until it becomes creamy and combined. If desired you could add some kosher salt or peanut chunks for added texture or flavor.
