INGREDIENTS

2packs @adozencousins Creole Red Beans

4 cups cooked rice of choice

1 chopped green bell pepper

2 cups chopped mushroom

1 chopped celery stalk

¼ chopped red onion

28 oz tomato sauce

3-4 cups water

2 bay leaves

2 tsp each:

Salt

Pepper

Garlic powder

Dried basil

Paprika

Dried coriander

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop bell pepper, onion, celery and mushrooms. In a large pot saute veggies for 5-7 mins. Add in seasonings, tomato sauce, rice, beans and water. Stir to combine and let simmer on low heat for 10-15 mins. Serve and enjoy!
