1/2 Cup Chickpea flour
1/2 Cup water or plant milk of choice (add more if needed)
1 Flax egg (3tbs water + 1 tbs ground flax seeds)
1/4-1 tsp each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
1 tbs nutritional yeast
Chopped veggies of choice
Combine flax seeds and water and set aside. Mix all flour and seasonings in a bowl and set aside. Prep veggies of choice and add to dry mixture. Add water and flax egg and mix until smooth and combined. Add mixture to a well oiled pan and cook until golden on each side. Serve and enjoy. For Scramble: Same instructions, just scramble once mix is cooked through.
