INGREDIENTS:

3 cups cooked chickpeas

1/2-3/4 cup vegan mayo

2 1/2 tbsp relish

3/4 cup chopped red onion

1 – 1 1/2 tbsp salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder

Juice of half a lemon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Load ingredients into one mixing bowl. Mix to desired consistency and serve, EASY!
