2 cans young jackfruit
1 can hearts of palm
1 can artichoke hearts
1 cup chickpea flour
1/3 white onion

2 tsp each:
Salt
White pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Celery salt
Dried Parsley

Tartar sauce:
2 tbs vegan Mayo
1 tbs relish
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Avocado or grapeseed oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the drained hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, onion and jackfruit to a food processor and pulse until combined but still chunky. Transfer mixture to a large bowl, add the flour and seasonings and mix until combined and you are able to form a patty that holds shape in your hand. Optionally let this mixture chill for 30 mins or overnight if making ahead. Otherwise, heat a pan with oil that covers the bottom surface of the pan and fry on both sides until golden, crisp and cooked through. Remove from oils and place on a paper towel lined plate. Make tartar sauce on the side and serve up.
