Plain batter:

* 1 1/2 cup flour of choice

* 1 tbs baking powder

* pinch of salt

* 1 1/2 cup plant milk of choice

* 1 1/2 tbs maple syrup

* 1 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

Cinnamon batter:

* 1 tbs cinnamon Berry batter:

* 1/3 cup blueberries

Chocolate batter

* 1/2 cup chocolate chunks

* 1/4 cup coconut shreds

* 1 tbs cacao/cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS: In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt, mix. Add the plant milk, maple syrup, coconut oil and stir until combined. Heat a skillet over a medium-low heat and coat with coconut oil. Scoop batter and drop into the pan. Allow to cook until you see small bubbles forming, flip and cook through. Remove from pan and repeat until you have finished all the batter.
