INGREDIENTS (Yields 12-14 biscuits):

2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour

4 tbs Sugar

4 tsp baking powder

1 & 1/2 cup Almond milk

1 cup of raisins

1/4 cup vegan butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 F. To a large mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, and baking powder, whisk until combined. Then cut in the vegan butter until small pebble sized pieces are evenly distributed. Make a well in the middle of the mix and pour in almond milk and raisins. Mix until dough forms. Once dough starts to form, turn onto floured work surface, knead 10-15 times and roll to about 1/3-1/2 inch thick (or thicker if desired but might yield less biscuits). Cut out biscuits and lay on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 mins or until golden. Once baked, let cool and enjoy.
